  2. The High Planes Library video is quite comprehensive, but unfortunately, there are some omissions and mis-information. 1.) There is an time and frustration-saving option to filter the search to “only show titles with copies available” which can be done in the same Advanced Search screen where the format is selected, or it can be used after the fact to filter the results. 2) Kindle books are NOT the only books that can be returned early. All the EPUB and PDF ebooks downloaded via Adobe Digital Editions can be returned early from within that software. I would also suggest referring potential users to the official Overdrive video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mgKbyhuqxuU

  3. I keep wondering, why can’t eBooks for the Nook, etc., currently using ADE, instead use a method more like the Kindle? Okay, I sort of know the answer, but seriously, why can’t OD move toward this as a model? So much easier, so much more intuitive for patrons, esp. those who already work with the Kindle.
