Unfortunately if you created the page it doesn’t matter if there are other admins, they can’t remove the original creator and you can’t remove yourself.

That should be “in case” I go berserk. I don’t yet know the cause for me going berserk, but I’m sure it’ll be good!

We have a “page” at our library and I’m the creator/admin and the director and assistant director are also admins. In cause I go berserk or something at least there are more administrators.

Weird… maybe they changed how the admins of Pages work when they switched how pages appear? The creator *used* to be able to remove themselves if there was another admin (as of February), but evidently that’s no longer true. WTF, Facebook?

My apologies for espousing a solution that no longer exists.

Hi! For our library’s site, we first created a fake personal page for the founder of our library. Then we had him create the fan page and added a few staff as admins. Hope this saves us some trouble down the line! Thanks for the tip Bobbi!
